Today, Hunt Realty Investments, Inc. is the wholly owned Hunt subsidiary dedicated to managing the company's comprehensive real estate activities.

The Reunion Holdings are comprised of the Hyatt Regency Dallas at Reunion and Reunion Tower, the North End Apartments, Hunt Headquarters, the Sharyland Building and Sharyland Plantation.
