• This state-of-the-art office building is home to Hunt Consolidated, Inc. and its affiliates.
• Outstanding Building of the Year, (TOBY) International Award in 2015. Presented by the International Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA).
• Standing at 14 stories and 480,000 square feet, the building is distinguished by an unusual sail and ellipse facade. This dramatic exterior features a synchronized and choreographed set of more than 1 million independently colored lights.
• Unique interior features include a Foucault pendulum in the lobby and a life-size bronze statue of Texas hero Col. William B. Travis. The ceiling of the 14^th floor employee dining area is an exact replica of the Texas night sky on December 18, 1934, when Hunt Oil Company was founded.
• Hunt Headquarters, completed in November 2007, was honored by the U.S. Green Building Council's Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) with a Silver certification for Commercial Interiors in 2009.
