Hyatt Regency DFW

- Purchased in 1986, the Hyatt Regency DFW included 1,369 guest rooms in two towers, one on each side of International Parkway, the north-south artery of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
- In 2001, the airport bought and demolished the West Tower to make way for its $2 billion international terminal. In 2005, the Hyatt Regency's East Tower's public spaces were expanded and upgraded.
- This award-winning, 811-room hotel includes 85,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting space, widely used for top-tier conventions, meetings and exhibitions.
- After 28 years of ownership, the investment was sold in 2014.
