Reunion Land Assemblage
Dallas, Texas
- The land at Reunion was originally acquired by Hunt in 1975 and consisted of approximately 21 acres of unimproved land and 10 acres of air rights within the Reunion development in downtown Dallas.
- In 2012, the company successfully completed a land swap with the city of Dallas, exchanging the portion of Hunt Realty's land holdings at Reunion, known as the Cockrell Tract, for a key tract of land that was the former site of Reunion Arena—also located in the Reunion development.
- Today, Hunt Realty owns a contiguous assemblage of 31 acres in downtown Dallas, one of the largest assemblages of undeveloped land in the downtown area of a major city in the United States. This site represents excellent future development potential for a strategic use that will complement and enhance the company's holdings within the Reunion district.
